Добрый день! Не нашла куда вам написать — пишу в комментариях. У меня такая проблема: Я восстанавливала компьютер и мой антивирусник Norton заменился McAfee, который стоял по умолчанию. Нортон не установился (подписка активна до 2017 года), а McAfee я не удалила. Всё — центр поддержки не открывается, приложения не работают — не запускаются: я не могу просмотреть видео, прослушать аудио, не могу отправить письмо в Microsoft, не могу восстановить компьютер, не работает ни одна кнопка. Выдает ошибки Runtime Error и 1719. Скачала CCleaner, почистила — ничего не изменилось. Только в интернете могу посмотреть, а программы скачанные он не все запускает. McAfee не удаляется. Потому что у тебя не 64-операционная система, у тебя 32-битная система, из-за этого так пишет

Пытаюсь у становить мод-пак к игре WOT, и постоянно выбивает Runtime Error (at 233:2657): Could not call proc.
Пробовал и клинэр запускал, не помогло.

Solved: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error in Windows 10

If you recently upgraded to Windows 10 Technical Preview version, you may have seen the notification as follows:
“ This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application support team for more information.”
The notification could be different due to different devices you are having problem with. In most of the cases, it has to do with your display or graphic card driver conflicting with your operating system.
No need to worry too much about it, since we have fixes to help you with it. So, read along and find the fix for you.
1: Reinstall display driver
1) On your keyboard, press Windows key and X at the same time, then choose Device Manager from the list of choice.
2) Locate and expand Display adapters category.
3) Then right click the graphics card that you are using now and choose Uninstall.
When prompted with the notification, tick the box for Delete the driver software for this device and hit OK.
4) Restart your computer when the uninstall finishes.
5) Check to see if the Runtime error stops now. If the problem persists, please continue with the next option.
2: Update display driver
You can choose to update display driver by yourself or via Device Manager. Either way, it is always suggested that you get your drivers from legitimate sources.
If you don’t have the time, patience or computer skills to update your drivers manually, you can do it automatically with Driver Easy.
Driver Easy will automatically recognize your system and find the correct drivers for it. You don’t need to know exactly what system your computer is running, you don’t need to risk downloading and installing the wrong driver, and you don’t need to worry about making a mistake when installing.

3: Perform a Clean boot

4) Go to General tab, un-check the box for Load startup items.
5) Then hit Apply and OK to close the System Configuration window.
6) Restart your computer now. If the problem is gone, you need to repeat the similar procedure to boot into normal mode. But this time, you need to disable the applications one by one until you locate the culprit app that is causing this error. If you find it, go back to Method 1 and Method 2 to get the device driver reinstalled or updated as per your own need.
Other options
Here are some solutions that are reported to be helpful to some users. Note that the error messages could be different on different computers, so there could be more than one resolutions, and you need to see for yourself which one is the correct one for your situation.
1) Uninstall PC Matic. PC Matic is an antivirus program that could be the cause of the Runtime error according to some user. If you have this program installed on your computer, you should try to remove it. If you really like this product, you should contact the manufacturer to see if they can offer some alternatives.
2) Uninstall AMD/ATI Catalyst Install Manager. If your computer is with AMD CPU chips, you should try uninstall AMD Catalyst Install Manager or ATI Catalyst Install Manager to see if the error is gone.
3) If none of the above methods help, you should consider getting your Windows 10 reinstall. For more detailed information as to how to reinstall Windows 10, you can refer to the post here:

I am trying to run Cygwin, and I am running into some problems. I tried to compile a program that works both on Windows with mingw and on a Unix system, but when I go to compile it through Cygwin:

In my case this problem was caused by the fact I didn’t have a TEMP environment variable defined in cygwin, try:
If TEMP is already defined make sure the directory is not read only.
/.bashrc. I use «export TMPDIR=/tmp»
The error message means the compiler crashed while trying to build your program.
Most likely this means your Cygwin installation is corrupt or happens to include a broken version of gcc. Try updating to the current version of Cygwin. This is doubly the case given that Cygwin 1.7 and the first stable releases of GCC 4 are both recent happenings. If you’re still on Cygwin 1.5 or GCC 3.x, I think there’s an excellent chance that upgrading will fix your symptom.
Assuming you are compiling threads.c which I would gather has something to do with threads, have you tried this.
This is telling the gcc compiler to include the library threads and link it together.

You can use Dependency walker to check if the application is missing any dlls to be copied at the exe path/folder.

I used that application and copied all the dlls that I need and error doesn’t say missing dll I can’t find why this error happens!

This is a very generic message that means «your program crashed». There are many possible reasons. To find out what caused the crash, use a Debugger.
Can you run your program from inside Qt Creator?

Yes, but MapGraphics.dll is built in a different folder from Planner.exe. Did you copy debug\MapGraphics.dll or release\MapGraphics.dll? Make sure you copied the release version, and not the debug version.
Anyway, before continuing this path, I want to check: Are you able to run TestApp.exe outside of Qt Creator?

Based on the image of your deployment directory you need to remove some of the DLL files you put there. Specifically:
The operating system has files such as kernel32.dll. Your copy of this will be different then that of the target OS in most cases.
When using dependency viewer stick to items specific to Qt and Mingw.

If that still doesn’t work, then I suggest doing debugging the old-fashioned way: Start commenting out code in your Planner app until it stops crashing.

Your program is trying to link to both Release and Debug DLLs! (Qt5Core.dll is for Release mode, Qt5Cored.dll is for Debug mode) That’s why it crashed. Something went wrong with your build/deployment. Clean your project (Delete all your *.o, *.dll, and *.exe files) and rebuild. Make sure you use Release files only.
